Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply select the VYLLIX Pet Hair Remover Glove and your desired quantity, then click “Add to Cart” or “Buy it Now” on the product page. To purchase multiple items, click the cart icon at the top-right corner of your screen and proceed to checkout.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept PayPal only. Using PayPal ensures a safe, secure, and smooth transaction every time.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your glove is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment in real time. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us for help.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping within the USA usually takes 2–5 business days after processing.
Q: I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
