Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply select your product and your desired quantity, then click “Add to Cart” or “Buy it Now” on the product page and then proceed to checkout.

A: We currently accept PayPal only. Using PayPal ensures a safe, secure, and smooth transaction every time.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your glove is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment in real time. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us for help.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping within the USA usually takes 2–5 business days after processing.
Q: I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
A: First, check your SPAM or Junk folder. If it’s not there, please reach out to us at contact@vyllix.com
Q: When will I receive my tracking number?
A: Your tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships. Be sure to check your SPAM folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
